First, if you have a need to consider our return policy, that means you made a purchase from us. Thank you. We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the item you purchased, and we’d like to correct that. We are happy to replace or exchange the item or refund the amount you paid. You may return the unsatisfactory item(s) within a span of three (3) days from the date of delivery if certain requirements are met.
Below are the conditions for returning an item as defined in our return policy.
You must present proof of purchase.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
All promotional products that came with the returned item at the time of purchase should be returned.
Provide the preferred refund method and all the necessary information associated with it such as bank account number or MPESA number.
Our technicians will perform a quality check upon receipt of the product. If successful, a refund will be sent via your preferred money transfer method.
We shall schedule pick up at your convenience within 24 hours after you submit the request. We will cancel the return procedure after 4 attempts to pick up the item on different days and you will not be able to return the product.
